Up for a Players Card Make the effort and sign up for a card at the hotel you’re staying at and at casinos you plan to play at. In addition to tracking your play, the player's card is used by the casino's marketing department for promotions. At many casinos, you can sign up for a player's club on-line (you will have to stop by the player's card area to pick up the card when you get into town). If you have an existing card, some casinos even let you check your point balance and obtain other information online. You will need your Players Card number and PIN. One of the good things that have come out of the consolidation of casinos under one roof is the creation of a single player's club card for most/all their casinos. I really like this because I only have to carry one card versus several in the past and it doesn't matter where I play (within the same casino group) and I'm still acculating points for comps, cashback, or to dine at their restaurants. We've put together a list of casinos that fall under the same roof and information on their players club card. Boyd
Gaming If you're not a Players Gold member, you can sign up online http://www.boydplayers.com/dbu/login and all you have to do is stop by the Players Gold Center and pick up your card (it's generally not that busy). Existing Players Gold members will have to enroll for online access (just a couple of questions). Once enrolled, you can get your current point balance, find out if you qualified for any special offers (based on your level of play), update your email address or change your password, and let them know what kind of foods you like, what games you enjoy playing, and the kind of entertainment you like so they can notify you based on your interests. Coast
Casinos If you're not a Club Coast member, you can open your account online and tell them which casino you will visit to pick up your card. They have a website just for their Club Coast card and promotions: http://www.clubcoast.com/ . However, you can't get information regarding your player's card point balance or other information. Harrah's players card, Total Rewards, If you're an existing Total Rewards member you can sign up for online access at http://www.harrahs.com/total_rewards/overview/overview.jsp. It takes a couple of minutes and all you need is your Total Rewards number and date of birth. Once enrolled, you have access to your point balance and current tier (Gold, Platinum, and Diamond) MGM Mirage Player's Card is one of the larger casino groups in terms of the number of casinos they have under one players card. Below is a list of casinos (Las Vegas only)
As cool and techie their website is, they do not allow you to sign up nor obtain any point information. Hopefully this will change because many casinos are offering online access to some degree. Station
Casinos The Boarding Pass can be used at the following casinos: Even with the consolidation of casinos, there are still a lot of choices out there. Just remember to sign up for a players card (either before you go or while you're at the casino) and start earning points for cashback and/or comps.
